Ok, I missed most of what you said after I signed off earlier, but from what I've read, this girl sounds like bad news. I know girls like this, and I'm dealing with a pretty harsh break up right now, and I know it sucks, but I'm going to give you the same advice I was given and it's really helping.
Just forget about her, don't talk to her, approach her, contact her, etc.. Just live your own life, if she ever contacts you, be polite and short and sweet, be the better person and she will know she has nothing to play off anymore. She's toying with your feelings because she knows she can.
If you ever want to feel better you need to get away from this girl and move on. I have no idea why you suddenly chose to break things off with her, as posted earlier, because it's not enough to just say it, if you really want to break it off with her now, you have to really break it off. Get away with her, hang out with friends, stay busy, and try not to think about her.
Right now it seems like she's found a nice spot in your head where she can pull the strings and I can honestly say that from what I've read she doesn't care about you at all.
Have some spine and stand up to her.
The biggest frustration for her will be thinking that you don't care anymore and then she will stop manipulating you, but seriously. I highly doubt there's anything there, nor is there a good chance that you guys will get together and be happy.
