Is this my neighbor? My neighbor down the hall - this happened to her - her ex boyfriend took many pics of her in various adult poses (some with him too) and she was happy with that until they broke up and she wanted them returned. Well, he returned the disc but told her he kept the original disc and that there were copies on his computer too! Which scared her. They had a big fight about her rights to those pics. She had no rights to those pics.
But now the plot gets deeper - she is now involved with a married man and her ex found out who it is and sent this guy a portfolio of those pics. She even went as far as going to an attorney to see if she could sue her ex boyfriend but she cannot.
I would say just to drop the whole issue and let it die a natural death.
