And unemployed and just turned 19

When you are no longer a child, aunts and uncles seem or trend to forget birthdays, as they did when you were younger. And often there was a mom or dad reminding them anyway.

As you grow older, move away, you will need to start your own customs, traditions and to be honest expect to get forgotten ever once in a while.

Get off your pity pot and just be grateful you have those pajama because they could have ignored your unavailable a$$ and done nothing. You could have made plans to reach out before the holidays but you didn't.

YOU didn't give yourself the chance to enjoy yourself so quit feeling sorry for yourself and making excuses for YOUR inaction. YOU did nothing and should have gotten nothing out of it. You got pajamas, and that's something.

Next Christmas volunteer at a church and meet some real people who have NOTHING. OH, a belated Happy Birthday.
