First you say he is a loving guy and is perfect for you, now you say he treats you like crap. You guys argued all the time broke up several times. This relationship was not working anyway. Get a life and leave him alone.
Do you work, have friends? Get busy doing things. Talk to a professional about this obsession you have. It is not normal or healthy.

I am just done with my 12th grade. I am home all day. Get bore all the time. Tired of internet and TV. I left many of my friends because of him.

You are not in love you are obsessed. There is a difference. This is not even rational.
I think you are bored and seriously need something to occupy your time and life and this guy is not the one.

You can't make anyone do anything and that includes loving you.

Well, if you can't leave him brace yourself for a lifetime of abuse, abuse which will only get worse as time goes on.

How do I test him whether he truly loves me or just playing with me and cheating on me?

You can't change a person. If you have to change them to be with them they are not the person for you.
You need a life. Get yourself a job or take some classes but leave this boy alone.
