    That you are recognizing the changes in yourself, is a true sign of personal growth, and understanding yourself.

    Coping skills, through experience and common sense, has to be developed on an individual basis, and lays the foundation how we deal with situations that life throws at us.

    I think you will find that patience with yourself, and others, will give you the proper balance to make the needed adjustments, and process facts to make good decisions for yourself, and stay consistent with actions that allow others to cope with you.

    When decisions and actions, are from emotions, we tend to get carried away, and push people away with thoughtless, impulsive behavior, that makes everything so much worse, and builds resentments, as some words, and actions are not so easily forgiven, and its hard to take back hurtful words, once you cross the boundaries of good behavior.
