Be strong and you can do this. Nobody wants to go through life being manipulated.
Give yourself a break from all these what ifs and what can I do.

Time by yourself will do wonders for you. Read a good book go somewhere you've never been. Time away from the object of your misery will give you better insight on the whole situation. Good luck!
