I mean I know why I feel the way I do I never wanted to end it, it was him... But when we are together it seems like he feels the way I do.. I wonder if its all a lie.. but its been over a year now! And its always the same between us.. I'm just never going to understand it I guess. Any comments are welcome..

I think the main thing to do, is focus on the guy you have, and not be distracted by an ex, as there is no way you can see into what motivates others, and doing so is a meaningless practice of assumptions you don't need, and questions you can't answer. Nobody but he can, and what would it mean to you any way? Satisfy your curiosity maybe? Then what?

Best to leave all that in the past, as your curiosity is best served on the one you're with, so you can judge his motives, and actions accurately. I doubt he would be happy knowing your still curious about your ex from a year ago. Give it no more thought that the past deserves.

Ive been having a really hard time lately.I've been on no contact for a while now and its been really hard I'm not getting better just getting worse... I keep having dreams about him all the time! Saw some pics of him at some party with his girlfriend and it really got to me... not sure what to do? I know I shouldn't talk to him but how much worse could I get before I get better? I think about him all the time... :(

I think your just having old feelings stirred up of him, due to recent events. Where did you see his picture? PUH_LEASE don't say Facebook, or any other social site, as that's as bad, if not worse, than face to face talking to him, and against the rules of No Contact.

I'm still with my boyfriend everything is going well with him! It doesn't change how I feel about the ex though.. Yeah it was Facebook! Popped up on the news feed.. I think you're right about me having these feelings because of things that have happened recently it gave me false hope. Feels like I'm starting from scratch again.

Stay off FB-and ask yourself why-if you're in a good relationship-you still think about this guy?

If you are not over an ex,you really shouldn't be in a relationship until you have healed from your breakup.
