    See a doctor and get medication. I have dealt with depression before and the medication helps.

    Also, it's amazing what exercise can do. I stopped my meds about 2 years ago and started to exercise. It really helps if I do it regularly. I've been slacking a bit as of late and my mood has reflected that.
