It sounds to me like you expect her to be responsible for your happiness. Given all the stress she is under right now, she can no longer "support" you in this way. I have been in your friends' shoes a couple of times--it is a very claustrophobic feeling and you start to resent the friend who expects to you fulfill all of their emotional needs. It sounds like she has already had this talk with you and you ignored it. It may be too late to save things, it seems like she's already feeling pretty resentful of you and your emotional demands.
