That's reasonable. Tie up all the loose ends and cut her off.

    I'm glad I've helped. That's what I'm here for! :)

Best of luck. Keep us posted. We'll be here if you need us.

HistorianChick agrees: FYI: You originally said that he should keep a "phone friendship" and now say that they can't be friends. But, I didn't give you a reddie. Play nice, it will get you further :)

First of all I don't know what a reddie is? Second of all I said a phone friendship first before he decided that a friendship is what he didn't want.. then I agreed. At first he wanted to know how he could be friends with her then you told him he shouldn't be...

I was supporting what he wanted the whole time...

    Play nice too

She called me on Fri approx 6 times then texted me ' Hi, how are you? Xxx ' but I just ignored them In the evening decided to send her this thread as an email quoting replies up to ash23ole's be phone friend comments! (deleted all site links etc) What response should I expect when she reads and was this a wise move?

Why can't you tell her you don't want to be just friends... don't agree to that anymore. Tell her you have romantic feelings for her and that you can't just make them disappear

Probably was not the wisest thing to do.You are trying to get a reaction out of her.by forwarding her this thread The point is to move on from her and the relationship that you 2 have.

    Hi Dare81. Perhaps not..
She called again on Sat and I didn't pick-up. She probably won't read the email till today when she goes home. This was sent to make her realise that I'm fed up with the games and to make her aware of the impact of her actions. It's inevitable that I ill see her again as my brother has a family with her sister. Her reaction will say a lot?

I would have walked away the first time she dumped me.

I imagine after 100 times you've seen all her reactions.

I may be wrong but I know she will try to win me back at some point. Have decided that I want to push on with my life but don't want the ackwardness when we eventually meet again. What would be the best dignified approach to take?

What don't you want to lose?

If I want to see my niece and nephews I visit my brother's house. His partner is her sister. So if she's there I don't want there to be any uncomfortable silences as they didn't know that we were in a relationship. So what would be the best approach?

You both need to agree when/if confronted by that situation to act mature and not to let effect the rest of the family. If you both care enough for each other & the family, the least you both can do is try.

Just me I disappear from her life and worry about the what if when it happens. Its your dignity and self respect you worry about.
