I would simply ask him why he is sending you these mixed messages... maybe he's just playing you to get back at you.
I would ignore him and his misleading texts until you can get a real response from him.Tell him you are not into game playing and see if you get a reaction from that.

I don't think he would be sending you texts to cross your mind. That's ridiculous. If he wanted to cross your mind he would have simply lead you on by actually making contact back to you when you try to contact him and then he would tell you he don't want you anymore. I know this site is the best its right next to myspace in my book lol. You can always come here for any advise at all. Everyone is always so helpful with their advise.

Ignore the texts, and calls, until he leaves you alone. He is playing a game, don't let him.

Just a quick update to let you all know what happened... I eventually got intouch with my ex and he is claiming that he never sent the texts saying "I love you and miss you" so its now clear to see that he was playing games!
He says he does have a girlfriend so I told him to delete my number and never to contact me again because I isn't playing his childish games!
So glad its all sorted once and for all now I can move on yippppeee =)
