This girl is immature, and is not being honest with you. Trust in not really there anymore which would be a good reason to leave already but on top of that if she is not able to communicate whe you talk to her that is also a good reason to leave her. Communication is key and if she gets annoyed when you guys discuss something or reacts pissed of and takes drastic actions (change her number), how can you deal with this for 2, 3, 10 years.

We text but she act like nothings wrong and just hanging with her guy friends as she puts it ! I am trying to refinance the car to only my name and then call the internal affairs at the sherriffs office where she works and have them stand by when I get the car and keys from her and she can take her belongings out ! It's great to hear that you have a plan. You need to take care of yourself and your own financial situation. I believe that this is excellent advice from Chrysler and you should follow it.

Be sure that you keep your cool when talking to her work and that you have all the documentation/paperwork to prove that you have the right to take the car. Remember, they are police and she is one of them. If for some reason things don't go EXACTLY how you had planned and you "lose it" when talking to them or when the car is getting picked up, it is their word against yours over what happens. I don't know if it is possible, but I would also keep all of the texts and emails that she has sent you until after you get the car - and even for a little while after just in case she tries to pull something. I don't know what she would try to pull, but you never know. I probably would not let her know what you are doing (trying to get it refinanced) until after you got it done. Consider yourself lucky that it is currently financed and that Chrysler holds the title. Otherwise if both of your names were on the title, you would have to get her signature and approval to get her off the title.

You your right I've been with her many of times she would get pulled over for speeding etc denver cop would ask for i.d. she would and also slip her sherriffs i.d. to cop would not give her a ticket or anything but only to hand back i.d. and tell her to slow it down ! Amazes me ! That was me I get a ticket ! She is a heavy set girl weighs @ 250 short blond hair and a bad knee ! Has a hair trigger attitude and will get in your face and test you ! She has pushed me and hit me in the chest etc ! Forget having girls as friends she would run them off ! A lot of my friends have been supportive and helping me through this ! She is down to earth only when she wants something ! Rest of the time look out!!

OK now I harassed her about making payments and tried to get a hold of her she called police wrote a report and got served and thrown in jail for contacting her about payment of car . What do I do?

I think you should clarify that with more details, as collecting money owed, is not a jail able offense, unless you did more than ask for money.

You have two options here, walk away and recoup your losses thru the court system/ small claims.

Walk away and leave her alone, and chalk this up to experience and end this drama.

Move on really is the best thing, if she's lying and your having this many problems now... read the writing. I had to be the barer of bad new but...

If you are trying to collect on a debt, make all of the arrangements through email so that you have everything in writing. Also, don't send her email after email after email all in one day. Notify her and let her respond. Yes, this situation should make you angry. Remember that anger is a feeling and that feelings are not good or bad, they just are feelings. REACTIONS to feelings is what is good or bad.
