Don't talk to him like he is choosing for this to happen to him. Do you honestly think that he is enjoying this?? He is looking for advice and we are trying to give it to him.

Don't worry about how long you have been feeling down for and what happened in the past. You need to look to the future, get positive and see what you can make of your life in the months and years to come.

I think a new hobby would be great for you. The best advice that I can give is to try to keep busy - book yourself solid, overbook your time if you can. From the moment you wake up to the moment you go to bed, be busy doing something - perferably with people. That will help you to feel like you are moving on. Break the old routines and learn new ones. You can do it.

AppleJacks apparently hasn't been truly heartbroken.. hasn't truly felt the despair of losing someone you love..

AppleJacks so you know. It's the worst pain imaginable.. I would choose physical pain anyday over heartbreak.. so before you say your two sense think about it first

Thank you all for the support and advice. I have got in contact with a recovery centre and they would take care of the psychological & addiction problems. The only problem is that they want me to attend to the centre everyday as this is a recovery day care service but I told them that I can not do that because of my work hours. However, I will attend the first one tomorrow morning. Wish me luck... I will keep you updated..

Dude I been in a 8 1/2 yr relationship I know what he going threw. But in the end its all about you! Not the girl? If she or so much of love you? Then she would not have done what she did? Real talk!
