It sounds like you had a pact to stay away from each other. You haven't respected her before. Now you are going to contact her and not respect her wishes again. There's a reason she moved 4 hours away.

Leave her alone or you're going to screw this up forever -

She doesn't want to date you; she doesn't want to talk to you; she doesn't want any contact with you; she's moved four hours away - why would you think she wants to marry you?

I realize that her sister said she does but I have to wonder why a blood relative would be running around, carrying info back and forth.
