I don't know what's going on but it seems everyone's against me in this town I live in and no one likes me at all. I have absolutely no friends anymore for no reason! I'm seriously alone, haven't been this alone since I was in middle school/9th grade till I dropped out from being teased and being called ugly all the time. Now I obesessed over the way I look cause in my warped mind think that if I look original and look like I put time into my image people will find me interesting or something. But it seems to do the opposite. Also I dye and cut my hair all kinds of crazy ways and have all sorts of piercings and I think I started getting into that whole image cause no one can really call you ugly.. but just "different". Plus that's what the guys I like look like yet... they go for the plane,prissy girls! Nothing makes sense. I just want some real friends to have fun with. What are some tips on how I could possibly make someone like me?:eek:

Btw I do have a very outgoing,obnoxious personality,I talk a lot, sing a lot, and am all over the place. Its just the way I am and I like it and don't want to change my personality to please others.

The first thing you would have to do is stop obsessing over yourself and start looking past your own skin at other people. I'd tell you more, but you said you don't want to change.

I can change small things like stop being so blunt and sarcastic and other things... some people don't get my goofy jokes. I also need to clear my rep cause people say I'm a slut,use people for drugs, junkie, attention whore,annoying,fake,anorexic.. all kinds of crazy crap no one thought until I dated my ex. He started and ruined my rep cause I was with him. So the whole town assumes what he does. I DO. Not true at all!

Try to Become straight edge so they have no reason to call me junkie. I take pills cause I need them to sleep. Which is just xanax and seroquel. Everyone in towns a pothead but I'm going to prove to them they're lame and need to lay off cause its making them stupid. Stop going to random partys with people I don't know cause its dangerous... and yeah it's a way to meet people but I think I need to meet people who don't live to get ed up.

My old best friend james tells me the gossip so do others. They like to stir so of course they tell me what everyoness saying. Plus I hear them whisper when I'm in the room like baby's. I pretty much have ears all over town. Everyone knows each other.

I work at a pawn shop and have modeled before but nothing steady or nothing that pays well. The pawn shop is under the table no where else will hire me cause my image... thats why got to rely on alternative jobs and altern life. I don't want to look like a plain jane though. Not going to happen! "I wanna stay young untill i die" -7 seconds. Story of my life.

If you live in a small town, it's kind of like going to a small school or church. People will generally always remember you for the way that you were...

When I return to the church where I grew up, I'm still remembered, by quite a few people, as the child and teenager that I was at the time, even though I've grown way beyond the way that I was then...

It's where everytings at.. yea a lot of competition. But the people there are more like me. At least the ones I met over other websites. Just a change of pace. Maybe newyork first... but la's what I really want. I have to live in a city.

Hey you are apretty girl underneath all that hiding,what is it that you are hiding from?
You said that your image make people assume the worst of you and that you style yourself this way to fit in with the types of partners you like!
So how about styling yourself on what it is that you like! Love yourself and then maybe you will find that people will want to know the REAL YOU also.
The sarchasm and bluntness towards people will just put them off, life is too short, there is always a time for those kinds of attitudes! However these attitudes used around or with your friends are damaging- and actually these are your own defense mechanism so that people don't get to know who you really are!
So with that all said, if you want to have friends- try being YOU and start taking these walls down that you have built around yourself and let people in,
There is a bit I there about loving yourself!! It is true that until you are at a happy place with yourself it difficult to maintain any kind of friendships- if you don't know who you are how can any possible friends know who you are too. And for me personally I like to know who and what my frinds are all about.

I have some comments to make about styling oneself to fit into society so that a person might be better able to "get ahead". I've had many "looks" in my life that some people might find to be a bit extreme. But, I'd better wait to elaborate about those things until I've had enough rest.
