I did a 4 day tomatoe boiled eggs grapefruit thingy... Those 37.5 pills may give you a heart attack. We didn't gain the weight over night so we won't loose it over night. Im slowly coming down but I am going to do the 4 day. You are so HARDHEADED!! LOL see? Now you want to naw on your finger... lol

Lol @ me & u mpk, well I am down 10 pounds now I eat small meals and don't eat anything after 3pm I only drink the lemon stuff and so far so good, I stopped taking the appetitie suppresants so that's good, lets c where I'm @ next week @ this time
