    Adults children
I have adult children 22 & 25 living in my home. 1 major rule if any of my children got pregnant they would have to move out on their own. The 22 years has gotten pregnant & has been given a deadline. She has been informed that if she is not out by the deadline her things will be removed & locks will be changed. Do I have the legal stand to do this? She works child's father is in the picture.

No. She has to be evicted according to the laws in your State. You can always make an argument that she is your child, it is your home, this is your rule and she broke it - but if you lock her out the Police are probably going to allow her to go back into the house.

    Evict her - what State?

What about just removing her things from the room & putting them in the garage and not changing the locks?

If you want her out you need to evict her - Again, what State?
