They do not take all liability. And don't forget, the person who paid them ruins their credit until they PAY MORE money for credit report repair. NONE of that is on the website - very thinly disguised.

Correct. You ruin your credit and the house crumbles to the ground in disrepair while abandoned and then you still have ruined credit. Straight up repo is kinder.

Correct - their claims don't add up. They will not speak to the lender - ever. So it's not a short sale. They pay no taxes, insurance, maintenance, nor do they rent. They will wait , then nail the unsuspecting new owner with a deed.
