I never say require by law that selling and buying house need lawyers in nj. I mean if you want to protect yourself not be cheat you must hire lawyer.And most people in nj do so and I think also in this case too.

When you make a statement about requirements that implies by law, especially in a law forum. If you want to help people, then your posts NEED to be accurate and clear. Otherwise you can mislead the3 people asking the question. Your posts have included many misleading statements. Additionally, your sentence structure makes them hard to understand.
