    It's probably a statute that was written when Dan Boone was still roaming Kentucky. :)

    What it says in plain English is that, if the LL sues for eviction, the judge is supposed to tell the sheriff to assemble a jury to decide the matter. Sheriff has to give the tenant at least 3-day notice of the (sheriff's jury trial).

    I have no idea how this is done (if at all) in present-day Kentucky. :p

    If the notice was a termination notice, and it very well might be, LL STILL has to give 30 days. He didn't. Therefore I believe the notice has no validity in law.
