That's what I have, and receipts of the antibiotics that I had to purchase when I took my daughter to the Doctor's when one of the bights gave her an allergic reaction... Again yes I'm upset and I tried to not take it personal yet the way I have been treated and misslead and now confused makes me want to react. I will not go to the property if you all feel that it would not help. I still have no idea what everyone thinks I should do... Wait? Give up and pay? Go to court with my photos and explanation of the living conditions??

Do nothing. They haven't sued you yet and I am betting that they aren't going to.

Have you read the responses? If not, read them again. They have been fair, comprehensive and legally correct.

I understand you were mistreated and misled - BUT unless you WANT to be sued, do nothing.

Read it again - wait and see and then come back and tell us what the papers say (IF you are served papers and I think that's a big IF).

There is no easier way to say it.
