I meet with the landlord tomorrow. Any last minute words of advise here?

No, the landlord hasn't insinuated anything to me yet as I haven't even spoken to him. His wife wants him to deal with this issue and the first time both of us are available is tomorrow afternoon (Friday). It's my roommate who is telling me how close they are and basically has me convinced he will take her side.

I'm trying to be prepared for whatever he may say.

You said "his hands are tied here" (the landlord) and that just because the standard statement under PETS says he can revoke consent "doesn't mean it's enforceable"... what do you mean by that?


Any last minutes words or wisdom would reallhelp!
