    Quick weight loss
    Hey!

I'm 16 and hy height is 5 feet 6 1/2 inches. I'm about 132 pounds. But, my lower waist measures 32 inches. I'm going to participate in a beauty pageant (in which I have to wear a bikini ON STAGE!! ) in a couple of weeks and I really need to reduce my waistline. I know my weight is probably OK for my height (or at least I think so) but I also really need to reduce my circumference!
I've tried loads of ways to shrink my waist... but the thing is- I LOVE FOOD!! And dieting is just not something I can get myself to do! PLEASE HELP!! AND QUICK!!

    Thank you SOOOO much.

    Hello SS ,
Not much time but time for some desired result ! You drink 5 liters of water every 24 hours , not hard to do . Water before soft drinks , milk , tea and even food . You don't have much of a chance without using a sauna suit . The heat is your friend ! I use the sauna suit for up to 45 minutes sometimes but can't suggest this to you . Do what you can! Got to stress exercise and especially sittups , crunches by the hundreds not 20-50 .
I generally don't discuss food / nutrition but since we don't have much time I suggest just water and sugarfree popsickles after lunch . You must stay hydrated if you use the sauna suit!!
Let us know how it went or is going . Be careful... Russell

Sorry there is no quck fixes to weight, and esp to changing measurements to any real help in a couple of weeks, this is something you do over months and keep under control as part of ife.

    Thanks!

So say if I decided to make a lifestyle change change (cause I'm willing to do ANYTHING to not have a belly on stage), how exactly do I start? And how can I ensure that I'll get best results in 2 weeks?
