    Please help me with the answer..

    1- describe the things you should consider when putting togather a budget for an organization or department?

    2- how you would control the spending of the budget once it had been agreed?

    3-how would you manage 9control the use of ) a non financial resource?

    4- what processes would you use to obtain new or additional non-financial sources?

    5- what should you consider when seecting the best supplier for a non- financial resources?

    6- describe what you would inlude when making a case to a higher level manager in an organization to purchase an item or items for the use of the organization?

    7- describe a financial tool or technique you could include n your proposal (for example a cost- benefit analysis?
