Do not use skin bleaching agents on babies or toddlers skin. Children under the age of 12 are most vulnerable to skin bleaching agents, such as allergic reactions, respiratory arrest and poisoning. Avoid using skin lightening creams or harsh lotions on babies skin.

I think yo should wait till she get older because a lot of these thing have side affect and I know you like your baby so much and you care for her but please be careful with what you put on her skin because her skin is still tender. Hope this help
