Ask Me Help Desk - I think my Ex still likes me.And I like him.

Ok... this might be long. My BFF is a guy and we started hangin out about 6 months ago. He's had about 16 girlfriends in the past and one day he and I were hangin out and he suddenly asked me out ( I'm 14 and he's 16). I really liked him and I said yes. We went out for a while and everything was perfect.:D His sister is my BFF and I always go to their house and spend the night. His parents really like me so we could do anything together. We saw each other everyday and he acted like he really loved me. One day, I noticed that he started talking about his Ex G/fs and he picked at me saying things like how great they were. His sister said he only said those things to pick at me so I didn't say anything.Then a few days later he broke up wit me because he started talking to one of his exs.:mad: We r still best friends and I go to his house all the time, but he still acts like we're going out! He flirts with me and everything! He's going out wit that girl he broke up wit me for, but he never gets to see her and he hardly talks to her. He acts like he still likes me but I'm not sure. Is he just using me as his "friend with benefits"?:confused: Or is he wanting me back? PLEASE HELP ME because I can't help but still like him.Thnx.

Girl, I've been there done that. Im still in love with my best friend. I don't want to admit the fact that all he wanted was to mess around but that's what happened. Looks like he's just using you because your there. That's messed up. I know you can't help but to mess around with him because you really dig him but it's the wrong thing to do. Trust me on this, it will keep happening over and over through every girlfriend he's going to have. Don't play his game though as hard as its going to be. Tell him, nope, sorry dude but you have a girlfriend so don't be all up on me. If your with her then be with her. Im not your little toy. Tell him straight up if you want to mess around with me then you can be my boyfriend. If you stick to that then you'll soon see. If he's really into you then he will break up with her and be with you. Don't show him that your easy and will keep giving in. That will only make the situation worse and make him believe that he can get whatever he wants from you anytime he wants it. You got to put your foot down no matter how hard it is. Don't end up like me and let it get too far. You'll regret it. Best of luck.

There is a saying "why buy the cow when you get the milk for free". As long as he is getting what he wants from you he will never get back together with you. Don't give in to him. When you don't give him what he wants and act like you don't care whether he likes you or not then it will drive him crazy and make him want you even more.
Although, I personally don't think he is worth your time. If he didn't appreciate how special you are to begin with then why bother with him at all. I know you really like him, but you will find someone else that you like even more that will accpreciate you. Forget Mr. Wrong find Mr. Right.

You both are young and growing both emotionally and intellectually. He might want to go explore a little more. If he's still talking about his ex's he must still have feelings for them. But just because he talks about them doesn't mean that he wants to be with them again. You should sit him down and talk to him one on one. Nothing is better then letting your emotions out and telling him how you feel about this situation and asking him what you are to him.
