Use an external torx socket to remove each sensor. Clean with a spritzeled rag and brake cleaner--don't use compressed air. For the rear wheels, you should probably remove the wheels and clean all of the brake dust that has built up on the sensors and the toothed sensor ring with brake cleaner.
