I made a cake the other day. It was a Betty Crocker super moist white cake.
Liquid Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups water
1/3 cup oil
3 Eggs whites.
I baked it for 28 minutes in a 13" x 9" pan.
It turned out great except for the fact it was dry. Texture was good, but it was dry!
How can I make them a bit more moist?
