-4>2x-2>4 add 2 to both sides
-2>2x>6
divide all numbers by 2
-1>x>3 is my answer

Close. Things get a little confusing when you try and write it like this. What you are saying with your answer is that -1 is greater than x and x is greater than 3 - how can that be? Actually what you are trying to say is that X may be < -1 OR greater than +3.Quote:
