How is water different from the elements wich make it up??

It exists as a liquid, gas and solid at the same temperature and pressure
Example (ice water vapor and rain at 0 degrees C.

Nether hydrogen nor oxygen can exist as a solid, gas and liquid at normal atmospheric pressure
