Can you please show me a diagram for wiring dryer 220volts

3 wire or 4 wire?
3 wire uses, 2 hots(red and black), and ground(green), All #10
4 wire uses, 2 hots(red and black), 1 ground(green), and neutral(white)all # 10
Could use 2 blacks for hots.
They both use same 2 pole 30 Amp Breaker.
