    Ambrotose
I have been told re Ambrotose:
    1) it will help my blood pressure
    2) it will help my choloerstrol
    3) it will help weight
    4) it will help constipation

Can anyone verify the above and if so how long did you take the product before you noticed a difference? Of course, I long for it to be true@

Thanks a million and be healthy!

    I don't know...
But you can get good immediate results and relief from the afore-mentioned dis-eases from eating prunes and oatmeal!

    Alternative medicine
    Hi,
Never used it; but again, my blood pressure and cholesterol levels were so high that they require daily prescription medications!
At some point, if very high, alternative medicines may not work.
Also, if your readings on all that you mentioned are normal, one doesn't really need any alternatives.
    Best wishes,

I have read all the threads on Ambrotose and I am very interested in the product. My question is though - what Ambrotose product is best to start with? (For example, there is Ambrotose Complete, Ambrotose AO or Ambrotose Lecithin.)
Also, the reason I am asking on part of this - I was told Ambrotose will help with hormones and help me get pregnant. Do I just take Ambrotose, the supplement "Plus" or both?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Is ambrostose safe while breastfeeding? Can anyone provide a link to written documentation?
