I would like to know who this person is that called me private

I can absolutely 100% guarantee you that it wasn't me!! Hope that narrows it down for you.

Other than that if they continue to pester you perhaps your phone company can help you out.

It wasn't me either. Have you tried googeling the number?

Me neither... My phone company offers a call trace, it's like 4 bucks each time you use it, they forward the number to the police.
