I recently purchased the Microsoft Office Home & Student 2007 Suite. I'm trying to load the software to my computer but keep getting an error 1311: sku112.cab file not found.

Reinstal Office from the CD and go from there.

Hope that helps.
Step 1: Remove the previous Office installations.
1. To uninstall office 2010- http://go.microsoft.com/?linkid=9737366
2. To uninstall office 2007- http://go.microsoft.com/?linkid=9669698
3. To uninstall office 2003- http://go.microsoft.com/?linkid=9730793
Step 2: Remove or Rename MSOCache
1. Enable the hidden files.
2. Open windows explorer and move to C:\MSOCache.
3. Remove or rename the C:\MSOCache folder.
4. Create a new C:\MSOCache folder.
5. Install the office suite from the installation disc.
Step 3: Run as administrator
1. Insert the installation disc in to the drive.
2. Open the CD-DVD drive.
3. Locate the setup.exe file and open file properties window.
4. In the compatibility tab check the Run as administrator option.
5. Click Apply and OK.
6. Run the setup.exe and install the Office suite.
Step 4: Install the Office Suite from the Local drive
1. Insert the installation disc in to the drive.
2. Copy all the contents from the installation disc to a new folder in the local drive.
3. Run the setup.exe and install the Office suite.
