I like this girl and she has a boyfriend. She does have a lot of guy friends but she tells me things that she has only told her closest friends. I don't have any classes with her like I did last semester but we talk all the time. We haven't really hung out outside of school, but she either calls me, or texts me everyday. I just want to know if you think I have a chance with her.

Not when there is a BF around. She does not want anything with you intimately-she wants you as a friend-sorry. If she really wanted you-the BF would be dropped from her side.
