Hi all. I did a stupid thing today which is stolen 3 T-shirts in the Sears. Those 3 T-shirts are worth for $140, I think. So I got caught by the police immediately. Because there were some under covers followed me. The police asked me for a fingerprint next week and go to the court by June 25. The problem here is that I am a visa student, so I very worry about my visa now.
Will they kick me out of Canada? What should I do to deal with this issue? Need help please!! :( :(

Most likely you will be given a date to go down for fingerprint and booking. You will have to pay a fine, and most likely a fee to the store.

Yes. I mean I don't care about the fee. I just care about my visa. Will they put a criminal record on my visa?

So, should I follow the police's advice which are to go for a fingerprint and to go to the court? The police said to me that I can ask for a duty council before the court date. Also, the police said to me that the duty council will figure out how I can deal with this since this is the first time for me.
