I have been married for a year and a half, I have a dogther 2.5 years old and 6 months son , my husbund is not my dogther biological father , when she born I put his lastname as a midle name of her and he make me remove , so I did it but her social still has his name, so a year latter we got married and I have son from him, and now he won't to put her on his name too, the father of may dogter is in another country , he is no american and he has never ask for her, what we need to do , please help, thank you!

First no one can make you change someone's name, you changed it because they asked, there was no way they could force you.

Next it is a daughter I assume unless you are talking about a real "dog" not a child.

If you have a child by one man, and your new husband wants to adopt, you will have to try and get the bio fathers permission if you know where they are.
