    Make sure Power is off.
    The're are usually 3 screws around the bottom to remove, then maybe uncrew old light kit from round piece. Screw in new light kit feeding wires through hole, Doublenut,
    It is an additional nut, not actually locknut. But locks. Connect wires, and install with 3 screws.

    What model fan is it, what kind of light? Are you trying to change the bulb or the whole fixture?
