I have a Hampton Bay Ceiling fan without pull strings. The red light does come on when a button is pushed on the remote. The light will not stay off. I will turn it off but it comes back on. No certain time it just comes back on. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Mike

Do you have a model number and Hampton style for us. How is the fan operating with this remote, does everything work fine?
