I had sex a month ago. A week after the incident I went to see a doctor to check up for inflammation of the urethra... he said I had urethritis and diaganose a cipro 500mg for me. My VDRL also says nonreactive. Though the inflammation of the penis has now been reduced I have developed a irritation, itching around the retum... I have frequent musle aches: thighs, around the arm pit, lower back, slightly above the pubic area...
My palms and soles of my feet becomes very red at times/

What could this be?

I don't know for sure, as I am not a doctor, but it sounds as though you need a complete STD check. Don't put it off, it is better to be safe than sorry.
