Well you don't get seduced while passed out ( not sleeping, passed out) you get raped. And this is very common when girls pass out at parties.

Because of various chances disease I would go to the doctor for a check up.

Go to your doctor. If you were raped and you had a tampon in, you could be in some trouble there.

Yeah it was still in which is why I don't think I was raped, ugh. I really just wanted to know if maybe I could have been or if my front side was sore just because I slept on it.

Bbygirl, if it was a teen guy, they aren't smart enough to realize that you may be on the rag. Was your tampon jammed up inside of you and difficult to get out? Someone might have tried something and didn't quite succeed in full penetration. But, I have to agree with the others. It is not called seduction. It is called rape. And, if your tampon was missing, then you know someone probably did rape you. I think it would be wise to make an appt with a doctor and discuss this with them.

I think you should rethink drinking to the point of passing out. Next time, you could either get really hurt or... not wake up.
