    Weight Loss pill
I was wondering seen how I plan on buying Hydroxycut, if anyone has tried it, and if it works, if I should stay away from it, or whatever.

All too often, we turn to a pill in hopes of accomplishing something we don't have the willpower to control ourselves. The only and best way to lose weight and keep it off is not through a pill, but through diet and exercise. Hydroxycut or any other pill you would plan on taking will only work if you are ready for it to. You will have to put some extra effort into it, and change your lifestyle completely. Remember you weren't born with poor eating habits, or overeating, or being lazy, it is a habit that has developed over years of unhealthy choices. You just have to retrain yourself, and there is nothing wrong with using a supplement to get the ball rolling as long as it is safe. They will just never be 100% effective on their own, you take the pill and what happens after that is completely up to you and the effort you put forth.

Please don't take this the wrong way, I am not calling you lazy or an overeater, that was just an example. There are lots of reasons people have a few pounds to shed, and not all are due to poor eating habits. Good luck with your loss, and I hope I don't find any of it... lol

HydroxyCut is a thermogenic based drug (this means it raises your body temperature). It contains ephedrine and Guarana (caffeine), green tea extract, willow Bark extract (aspirin) and several other ingredients. Ephedrine, is just not good for your body, Caffeine speeds up your heart rate, as well as your metabolism, but you could accomplish this by jogging, or walking. Studies show thermogenics work for about 5 weeks roughly and after that, they are just not as effective, If you use them over 8 weeks you build tolerances and then you'll see very little additional weight loss. I would suggest that you look into what your eating and how much, smaller portions, a portion of meat is 3 ounces, read nutritional labels and find how how much a serving is and stick to eat. Cut out junk foods like cakes, cookies, candy, chips, soda, and eat more veggies, fruits, legumes, dairy, (low fat, skim milk, low fat yogurt, skim or partially skim cheese, like string cheese. And choose lean cuts of meats, like skinless chicken, turkey breast, fish loin type meats. Add whole grains to your diet instead of white flour products, wheat breads, cereals, rice pastas. Between portion control and working out, 4-5 times a week for at least 30 minutes even just walking, you'll lose weight, safely and your'll keep this weight off. You have to review what your eating and make changes and keep to it.
