    Weird thoughts about death
This may sound odd.. or maybe even a little morbid but does anyone else have almost constant thoughts about death? For some reason I am always thinking about death. I'm not talking about being suicidal, but death in general. I always think "what if" my mom died... my brothers.. my husband... I think about how sad I would be. Whenever my parents, grandparents, or anyone I care about go on a vacation I constantly worry because I think something tragic might happen to them on their way there. I have even made myself cry on a few occasions thinking about a loved one dying. I know this is not normal-I have panic attacks occasionally that I am on medication for. But other than that I am a normal happy person. When I tell my husband about the thoughts I sometimes have, he just says I worry too much, which is probably right. I guess I'm just wondering if anyone else experiences this?

I sometimes obsess about death... not so much myself dying but loved ones. I found just telling myself that no matter what happens I will be all right seems to help... it won't be easy but somehow I will get through it...
