Someone help. All I remember of this show is this person had a magic, glowing kind of crystal/key thing, and it could be inserted in certain things like walls and stuff and open a door. I'm not sure, but I think they could even open a door in mid-air. Anyone else remember this but me?

Dragon tales

Well there is a movie called "Fluppy Dogs" (1986)

There were like 5 different colored "dogs" that were trying to find their way back home and they had a crystal key that could only open so many doors until it ran out of power. They befriend a kid who really wants a dog and he and his neighbor help the fluppys find their way home and escape the evil rare species collector guy who wants the fluppys for his collection.

I'm pretty sure this is what you're thinking about.

I know this doesn't help but I vaguely remember exactly the same thing. Mainly the opening a door in mid-air part.

But I've never seen or heard of that Fluppy Dogs show so there may perhaps be another option still. Like I said, not very helpful am I. :)

And it is definitely not Dragon Tales. Dragon Tales is a current cartoon where they wish on a dragon scale to visit Dragonland. Not the same thing.
