Hi everyone, my next period is due 3/4 June, but I just couldn't wait and did a hpt yesterday 31 May it came up a negative -1 line :( , anyway I'm wondering would it have been to early to detect the pregnancy hormone I am impatiently waiting for Sunday and my period, also I did the test in the evenin they say you get a better result if its taken 1st thing in the mornin?

Yes, it is most likely too early. Some women can test early and get a pos result. But you may have gotten a false negative. It is best to not wait until the day of your missed period, but a good week or 2 after it is missed. It can take some women a while for the hormone levels to get high enough to trip the test. Good luck. I know it is har waiting. I took a test pretty much every day... lol..
