I have skin problems mainly due to the sun. I have hundreds of nevi (moles) and have had a few removed. Two were surgically removed and involved stiches... in these two areas I have the worst scars
The second one I had done is very raised and irritated all of the time... it is sensitive to the touch and I sometimes get extremely sharp pains that actually cause me to whimper out loud...
But what bothers me the most is that my body is destroyed by them... does any body have any idea if I can do something about it? My dad hates the way it looks and says he will pay to have the scar fixed, but the only option I've heard is to cut the scar out and re-sew it and hope it heals better the second time (I don't really want to do this... first of all you are awake during the surgery (which I cannot stand feeling the stiches being done), and second of all the healing of it sucks)
