    Weeds galore
Hopefully someone can help me... I have an inground pool in the back yard and along the end of my property I have a cedar fence. Right behind that fence is a metal mesh fence. My question is, how do I get rid of or kill for that matter, all the weeds and crap that is growing between the two fences. There is no way for me to get in between the fences to cut them from the bottom. I have trimmed them down many times and yet they tend to haunt me and come right back up. Please help.

I have tried weed killer, that does not work. They are now to the point that they are much bigger than regular small weeds. I would swear they are now trees! The stem of these are full of liquid, so I am guessing that they would never dry out only because they keep growing. I will try the boiling water and see if that works before I try the fertilzer. How long should I wait to see results?

They should wilt by the end of the day... I was raised in the country so I use a lot of home remedies. But be very careful of the water when you are carrying it. I would sprinkle some salt on the plants after the water settled just for a double whammy effectplus.. it will stick on the wet leaves.

Well I have tried to hot water and salt and yet it did wilt the leaves but did not kill it. The stems of this thing (I have no idea what kind of plant or weed it is) looks similar to a sugar cane. No it is not a sugar cane but is thick just like it and inside of this is very wet and sticky. I just cut these down the same day I wrote here and now they are back to tree size ; ( I also found that fertilizer only kept falling through the metal fence. They are forcasting rain for the next week YUCK! I will try it again after all that and maybe add a lot more salt. Any other suggestions?
