Is this grounds for termination of parental rights?
My child is 3 yrs old.her father was ordered to pay child support in sep. of 2005.he has paid 1 time has not saw her since June of 05 and has nothing to do with her.he has even missed a court date over all this.do you think I have a good case to have his rights terminated?
    Thank you

Yes, but is that what you think is best for your child?
I mean he's not a danger to her, he never see's her. It might be best for you to just let it go and not worry with it. That way when she's older she can not throw it in your face that you did a TPR on her dad.
She will know it was his oun choice not to see her or be apart of her life.
I would make him pay his child support regardless if he saw he or not.

On the other hand if there is a Step-Father who needs rights to her, then that would the ideal thing to do and let him adopt her, so he could protect her if something were to happen to you.
