My boyfriend of 2 years broke up with me while I was overseas for 4 months and started dating someone new before I got home - he wrote me letters before he broke up with me saying he wanted to be with me forever and wanted to marry me - I'm so confused and not sure what to do - he says his feelings for me have changed - should I just let him go and try to move on - he is my best friend and it hurts so bad to not talk to him but he seems very different now - he has a new group of friends that do things he never was involved in and his new girlfriend has a wild reputation - is this just a phase or a permanent change?

Let him go, he's blatantly not worth it if he's seen fit not to break up with you to your face, or even discuss the reasons with you!

It may sound harsh, but you'll thank yourself in the long-run!
