My g-ma is letting me live in her house rent free, I just pay utilities. (she does not live in this house) I let a friend move in rent free just asked she split utilities and she decided to put cable in her name, we also split that bill. Well, it is a disaster! I've asked her to move out and she refuses! Also there was no kind of agreement done. So we are wondering what we need to do to get her to move? I'm not even staying there right now, can't handle being around her.

excon is right. You let her live there. And now you have to have her evicted under your states laws. Or grandma may have more leverage since the house is in her name and she didn't give the girlfriend permission to live there.

It seems to me that this is the grand-ma's house, so n2bzwd had no standing to authorize a friend to live there, and so we're talking about a trresspasser. This person is not a tenant (there is no lease between her and g-ma, right?). So if the grandma wants, she just call the cops to have the trespasser evicted.
